Terms and Conditions
- Order(s) placed through boxshop.leedsunited.com are fulfilled by Leeds United’s Elland Road Store and delivered to the customer’s hospitality box.
- Order(s) must be placed before kick-off to guarantee half-time delivery and before the start of the second half to guarantee end-of-match delivery to the hospitality box.
- Any order(s) placed after the cut-off time will not be delivered to the hospitality box and will instead be available for collection from the Elland Road retail store for a period of 7 days from the day the order was placed.
- Order(s) that are not collected after 7 days will be cancelled and all monies refunded to the original method of payment.
- Proof of purchase and a signature are required upon receipt of all goods purchased.
- Please present your email order confirmation to the delivery person as proof of purchase and provide your signature when asked.
- Packages will not be handed over without proof of purchase and a signature.
- If the purchaser of goods cannot be located when delivery is attempted, the order(s) will be returned to the Elland Road retail store for collection by the customer.
- Leeds United will keep the order(s) for 7 days from purchase at the Elland Road retail store.
- Order(s) that are not collected after 7 days will be cancelled and all monies refunded to the original method of payment.
- Due to high volumes of foot traffic in store on matchdays, some products may become out of stock before an order can be picked. In this instance, the item(s) will be refunded directly to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to appear in your account
- In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your item, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return your item to the Elland Road retail store for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original condition with tags attached for a full refund of the price you paid. Returns are accepted only at the Elland Road retail store. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- We will return your money subject to the following conditions:
- we receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
- you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
- The option to return your order is not available:
- if you purchase sealed goods which relate to health or hygiene, and they become unsealed after delivery, or cannot be re-sold for some other reason.
- if they are a hard medium for a product in soft copy (e.g. DVDs, CDs, etc.), which comes to you sealed and is returned to us unsealed.
- if the Goods are somehow mixed with other goods so that we cannot identify or easily separate them.
- if the Goods have been personalised, including, but not limited to, a personalised shirt or a player’s named and numbered shirt, even in the case that the player leaves or their squad number changes. If there is a fault with your personalisation, please contact customer services.
- if the Goods being returned is a Gift Card.
- For combination, multi-buy or any other promotional purchases, any free items or vouchers must be returned to us before we can process a refund.
- In any of the above scenarios, we will return your money within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items. If you require a different size or product, please place a new order through the official website.
